Welcome to SocialSprinter! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our social media management services. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to these terms.


1. Services and Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Starter Plan - $147/month (billed semi-annually)
  • Growth Plan - $247/month (billed semi-annually)
  • Elite Plan - $297/month (billed semi-annually)


All plans include a 30-day free trial. After the trial period, your selected plan will be billed automatically according to the subscription agreement.


Trial Period Limitations

The 30-day trial period does not include all features of the full subscription plans. Instead, it is designed to allow users to experience a small portion of our services before committing to a paid subscription. The trial version includes the following basic services for each plan:

  • 3 posts on one selected platform, account setup, and basic profile optimization (Facebook (Meta) or Instagram)


By continuing after the trial, you acknowledge and agree that you want to proceed with a 6-month paid subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, the subscription fee will be charged automatically.


2. Free Trial and Payment Authorization

Upon selecting a plan, you will be required to enter your payment information through Stripe. By doing so, you authorize SocialSprinter to charge $0 for the first 30 days as a trial period. You also agree that:

  • The trial period does not guarantee a 30-day duration of services. If SocialSprinter completes the agreed services earlier, the full subscription fee for the selected plan (covering 6 months) may be charged immediately upon completion.
  • By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you enter into a binding agreement, converting the subscription into a 6-month commitment upon selecting any of the three available plans.
  • You acknowledge that the 30-day trial period may end sooner than 30 days, and SocialSprinter reserves the right to process payment as soon as services are fulfilled.
  • The monthly pricing listed on our website reflects the cost per month, but billing is processed in a 6-month (semi-annual) payment, depending on the selected plan.
  • The trial user agrees that the service may conclude before the full 30-day trial period, and SocialSprinter reserves the right to charge the full applicable subscription fee before the trial period ends.


3. Cancellation and Termination Policy

To cancel your subscription, a written notice must be submitted at least 30 days in advance. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle.

  • If a cancellation request is submitted after the subscription renewal, no refunds will be issued.
  • SocialSprinter reserves the right to charge for one additional month if the customer fails to comply with the cancellation notice requirement.
  • If a client attempts to dispute or revoke payment without proper cancellation notice, SocialSprinter reserves the right to take necessary actions to recover due payments.
  • The termination notice period is 30 days, meaning that service cancellation will only take effect one month after the request is received.


4. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once the free trial has ended and the paid subscription begins.
  • If a refund is requested and granted in exceptional cases, the maximum refund amount will be 10% of the total paid sum if the service has not been delivered within 180 days (6 months) from the payment date.
  • Refund requests due to dissatisfaction with results will not be honored, as SocialSprinter does not guarantee specific performance outcomes.


5. Service Fulfillment Timeline

SocialSprinter guarantees service delivery within 180 days of payment in case of high demand.


6. Service Usage & Client Responsibility

  • By subscribing, you acknowledge that SocialSprinter does not guarantee specific results, engagement rates, or follower growth.
  • You agree not to hold SocialSprinter liable for any damages, losses, or reputational harm arising from the use of our services.


7. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. By using Stripe, you agree to their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.


8. Privacy & Third-Party Tools

We use third-party tools for analytics and customer support:

By using our services, you consent to the data collection and processing policies of these third-party tools.


9. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, you agree to resolve matters amicably before pursuing legal action. If legal action is necessary, disputes will be settled in accordance with the laws of Slovakia, and all legal matters will be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of Slovakia. By agreeing to these terms, the customer acknowledges and accepts that all legal rights and claims related to the service will be governed by Slovak law.


10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
